We make our ground beef fresh to order so they will ship as soon as your personal batch is ready!  85% lean beef and 15% fat, this ground beef is still full of flavor and bit more lean. Leave it in the fridge for up to 30 days fresh or put it in the freezer. Ground from whole muscle meat that was sourced from a Midwest farm.  Please allow a few extra days for shipping.
